Following yesterdays announcement of the appointment of Peter Warry and Brian
Gowers as non-executive directors, in accordance with the AIM rules the

    events;


 5. been a partner of any partnership which has been involved in compulsory
    liquidation, administration, or partnership voluntary arrangement, either
    at the time or within the 12 months preceding such events;


 6. been subject to the receivership of a personal asset or a partnership asset
    where he was a partner either at the time or within the 12 months
    preceding such event;
