BOARD CHANGES
Netcall announces a reshaping of its board.
Jeffrey Rubins will step down as Chairman of Netcall effective from 30 June,
2001. He will be succeeded by Peter Warry, the current deputy Chairman who is
also Chairman of Victrex plc and a director of Keir Group plc and BSS Group
plc.
Netcall also announces that founder, John Burnett, is moving from his
executive role as Chief Technology Officer to a non-executive position, with
immediate effect.
Peter Warry, the incoming Chairman of Netcall, commented:
'Netcall's products and services are proven, the Company is well financed with
£2.3m in the bank and is professionally managed. We are now focusing all our
efforts on successfully selling QueueBuster into the rapidly growing call and
contact center market. The Board is grateful for the contributions that
Jeffrey and John have made and looks forward to their continued close
involvement and support. '

Netcall sells products and services to call and contact centers and enables
businesses to use the telephone efficiently. Its innovative flagship product,
QueueBusterTM, enables call centers to manage call queuing, reduce costs and
enhance customer service. The Company is focusing its resources on selling
existing products and services into the financial, utility and leisure
sectors. In November 2000, the Company announced a successful equity placing
raising £4.7 million. In February, Netcall announced its interim results to
December 2000 showing a three-fold increase in turnover on continuing
operations.
