Reliant is using the service to support its call center operations. The contract win is the Company's first in North America and follows the granting of US Patent 6,704,404 related to QueueBuster call-back technology and methodology on March 9th. 2004. QueueBuster enables callers to avoid the frustration of waiting 'on hold' by requesting a call back while their place is held in the queue, as if they had stayed on the line. This allows call centers to manage their time more effectively, reduce costs and enhance customer service. The technology effectively reduces the duration of calls, improves customer satisfaction and enhances the overall quality of call management. QueueBuster was placed into production with Reliant in mid-September 2003 and has successfully completed over 250,000 callbacks through mid-April 2004.
