The number of shares having been applied for to the London Stock Exchange in paragraph 2 should have read: 148,991.
The Company's total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in paragraph 3 should have read: 144,528,974.

Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading customer engagement software provider, announces that it has issued and allotted 148,991 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of share options by employees of the Company.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 148,991 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 4 November 2020.
The Company advises that, following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 146,398,155 Ordinary Shares which includes 1,869,181 Ordinary Shares which are held in treasury. As such the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 144,528,974.
The above figure of 144,528,974 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
