Director Shareholding
Netcall plc (NET), a leading provider of call-back auto messaging and contact
solutions announces that on 29 June 2007, Henrik Bang, Chief Executive Officer
of Netcall, purchased 55,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('
Ordinary Shares'). The shares were bought at a price of 26p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Bang is interested in a total of 255,000 Ordinary
Shares and holds options over 4,070,000 Ordinary Shares representing
approximately 6.5% of the Company's issued share capital of 66,050,937 Ordinary
Shares.
