25 March 2008 - The Board of Netcall plc (AIM:NET), a leading provider of
callback, auto-messaging and contact solutions, has been informed that Mr. Roger
Allsop, Non-executive director of Netcall, has today purchased 50,000 ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 16.5 pence
per share.
Following this purchase, Mr. Allsop is interested in a total of 1,050,000
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.59% of the Company's issued share
capital of 66,050,937 Ordinary Shares.
