Grant of options
Netcall plc (AIM: NET) a leading provider of end to end customer engagement software solutions, announces that it granted 500,000 options over ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Options") ("Ordinary Shares") to Michael Neville, a non-executive director of Netcall.
The award was granted on 21 December 2012 under the Company's 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan and the Options have an exercise price of 5 pence. The Options are exercisable from 21 December 2012 until 1 January 2017 and are subject to certain vesting criteria based upon performance of the Ordinary Share price up to 45 pence.
Mr Neville holds no other Options. He holds 247,548 Ordinary Shares which represent 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
