Netcall   announces  that  on  9  May  2000  it  received
notification  of  a  change in the  shareholdings  of  Mr
Jeffrey Rubins, Chairman.  Following the distribution  of
his  late parents' estates, Mr Rubins' interests  in  the
ordinary share capital of the Company are as follows:
