GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS


Options over ordinary shares of 5p each ('Shares') in Netcall plc (the
'Company') were granted to the following Directors of the Company on 28
December 2000. All the options granted are exercisable at a price of 72.5p per
share, being the closing mid-market price as of the business day preceding the
