                           Director's Shareholding

The Company announces that it has been informed that on 11 September 2001:

  * Mr Jeffrey Rubins, a director of Netcall plc, sold 352,903 ordinary
    shares in the Company at 15p per share; and
  * Mr Rubin's pension fund purchased 352,903 ordinary shares at 15p per
    share.

As a result of these transactions, there is no change to Mr Rubins' beneficial
holding which remains at 4,581,110 ordinary shares, representing 12.6 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
