                           Director's Shareholding

The Company announces that on 15 November 2001 it was informed that on 15
November 2001:

  * Mr Jeffrey Rubins, a director of Netcall plc, bought 70,648 ordinary
    shares in the Company at 13.5p per share

As a result of this transaction Mr Rubins' beneficial holding increases to
4,650,000 ordinary shares, representing 12.81 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company. Mr Rubins' non-beneficial interest increases to
750,000 ordinary shares, representing 2.07 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
