Director's Shareholding
The Company announces that on 13 December 2001 it was informed that on 13
December 2001Mr Brian Gowers, chairman of Netcall plc, bought 20,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at 18.5p per share.
As a result of this transaction Mr Gowers' beneficial holding is now 20,000
ordinary shares.
