The Company was informed today that Mr Ronald Elder, Chairman of the Company,
today purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 22.5p per
share.

Mr Elder now holds 30,000 ordinary shares of the Company in aggregate, which
represents 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
