Director's Shareholding
The Board is pleased to announce that on 24 May 2004 Mr Ron Elder, Chairman of
the Company was granted, for nil consideration, options over 250,000 ordinary 5p
shares ('Ordinary Shares') at an exercise price of 24p per Ordinary Share, being
the closing mid price of an Ordinary Share on 21 May 2004. These share options
will be under an individual option scheme.
These options are exercisable the day immediately following the day on which the
mid-market closing price on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange of a
fully paid Ordinary Share in the capital of the Company has reached 35 pence for
ten consecutive business days. Once these options have vested Mr Elder may only
exercise a maximum of a third in any rolling twelve month period immediately
following the vesting date.
Following this grant Mr Elder holds options over 250,000 Ordinary Shares.
