DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS IN SHARES AND OTHER SHARE ISSUES
Today, Mr Rubins, a director of the Company, exercised options over 200,000
shares at a price of 15 pence per share, and other employees exercised options
over a total of 25,000 ordinary shares at a price of 30 pence per share.
On 22 November 1999 Mr J Patoff exercised an option to convert a loan of
£600,000 into 705,882 Ordinary Shares at a price of 85 pence per share. Mr
Patoff's interest in the issued share capital of the Company following the
exercise is 2,042,215 Ordinary Shares being 7.68% of the issued share capital
of the Company.
Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM,
and admission is expected on 2 December 1999.
