Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading provider of software solutions to the contact centre market, announces that following today's admission to trading on AIM of the 1,596,958 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('New Shares') allotted in partial consideration of the acquisition of Q-Max Systems Limited (the 'Acquisition'), as previously announced on 1 October 2009, completion of the Acquisition has now occurred.


The New Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company and are subject to an 18 month long lock-in arrangement, subject to certain exceptions.
