NETCALL PLC (the 'Company')
NOTIFIABLE INTEREST
The Company was today notified that as a result of the recent placing of new
ordinary shares in the Company, Herald Investment Trust PLC became interested
in 2,142,860 ordinary shares of 5p each in the share capital of the Company on
5 December 2000, representing 5.98 per cent. of that class of capital.
