                              Holding in Company

The Company was informed on 21 September, that following a sale of 900,000
ordinary shares on 19 September, Friends Ivory and Sime plc, acting as fund
managers, now has an interest in 3,545,242 ordinary shares of 5p each,
representing 9.77% of the issued share capital of the Company. Of these
3,545,242 ordinary shares, 2,471,037 ordinary shares (6.81%) are beneficially
held by The AIM Trust plc, and 1,074,205 ordinary shares (2.96%) are
beneficially held by The AIM VCT Trust plc.
