                            Significant Shareholding

The Company was informed on 29 July 2003 that following the merger of SPC
Investment Trust and The AIM Trust, Active Capital Trust now holds an aggregate
of 3,849,197 ordinary shares in the Company, registered in the name of Chase
Nominees Ltd.

Active Capital Trust's holding of ordinary shares represents 6.79 per cent. of
the entire issued share capital of the Company.
