The Company was notified on 19 February 2004 by John Geoffrey Robert Wildman
Burnett that following a disposal of 50,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 12 February 2004 and a disposal of 300,000
Ordinary Shares on 13 February 2004 Mr Burnett is beneficially interested in
1,800,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.76 per cent. of the Company's issued
Ordinary Share capital. Accordingly, Mr Burnett no longer has a notifiable
interest in the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
