Burnett that following a disposal of 50,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 7 January 2004 he currently has a beneficial
interest of 2,150,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.79 per cent. of the
Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
