The Company was notified on 15 June 2004 by Charles Stanley & Company Limited
that on 9th June 2004 one of its clients, Rock Nominees (A/c - Edenfield
Investments), purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p ('Ordinary Shares') at
19.5p each. This brings their interest in the Company to 2,841,362 Ordinary
Shares of 5p, representing 4.34 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share
capital.
