The Company announces that it received notification on 13 December 2011, that on 12 December 2011 Bill Burgar was interested in 3,196,736 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 2.64 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company (excluding Ordinary Shares held in treasury by the Company).
This notification is in respect of a decrease in Bill Burgar's interest in Ordinary Shares, which prior to the notifiable event was 6,196,736 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.11 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company (excluding Ordinary Shares held in treasury by the Company).
