The Company was notified by Jeffrey Rubins on 30 March 2006 that, following the
sale of 750,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'),
Jeffrey Rubins now has a beneficial interest of 5,008,206 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 7.6 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share
capital.
