Partnership with Intrinsic Technology
Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading provider of customer engagement software, announces the development of a partnership with Intrinsic Technology, a leading unified communications and managed service provider with over 1000 customers and a strong presence in the public sector.
Under an agreement signed in September 2010, Intrinsic Technology is providing the Netcall portfolio of speech automation solutions for contact centres to its clients seeking to enhance their customer service capabilities while reducing costs. Harnessing the latest technologies from Netcall together with delivery expertise from Intrinsic Technology means that clients are benefitting from easily deployable communications solutions. Following early successes, with a number of contracts secured in the last month across various sectors, Intrinsic Technology will now be formally promoting the partnership across its entire customer base.
