Result of AGM

Confirmation of appointment of Non-Executive Director
Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading provider of low-code and customer engagement software, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's AGM held today were duly passed.
All proxy votes received in relation to the resolutions at the Company's 2019 AGM will be made available on the Company's website.
Further to the announcement on 18 November 2019, the Company confirms that immediately following the AGM, Tamer Ozmen was appointed to the Board of Netcall as an additional Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
The Board is committed to enhancing its corporate governance which is reflected in today's appointment and the Nominations Committee will continue to review the composition of the Board.
