                                 RESULTS OF EGM


At the EGM held on 8th August all resolutions were duly passed.

Brian Gowers, Chairman, said 'We now have the working capital to enable the
Company to continue to convert our growing list of qualified prospects into
contracted sales of QueueBuster. Over the last six weeks we have received orders
for four systems from a number of clients, including the Co-operative Bank.'
