Trading Update
Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading customer engagement software provider, is pleased to provide a trading update for the year ended 30 June 2015.
The Board anticipates a satisfactory outcome for the year and expects to report record turnover and adjusted EBITDA. It is also pleasing to report a rise in order inflow during the second half of the year which augurs well for the future.
Netcall has seen good demand for its Liberty Customer Engagement platform underpinned by continued cross and upselling. This included, in particular, the health market where one in three NHS Trusts have now licensed the Group's Appointment Management Cycle product. An increasing proportion of new orders are based on SaaS delivery models and the Board is therefore considering accelerating its investment in Netcall's SaaS capabilities to meet this growing demand.
The Group maintained a strong cash position and a debt free balance sheet. At 30 June 2015 the net cash balance had increased to £13.7m (2014: £11.4m).
Henrik Bang, CEO of Netcall commented: "We continued to perform well in the second half of the year underpinned by good cross and up-sales together with an increasing number of orders based on SaaS delivery models.
"During the year the sales pipeline continued to grow and the Group has invested further to enhance the Liberty product suite. The focus on expanding the SaaS delivery capabilities has been well received by customers and has resulted in orders for the latest version of Liberty. Together with our strong balance sheet and broad customer base the Board believes Netcall is well positioned for the future."
