Transaction in own shares
18 November 2008 - The Board of Netcall plc (AIM:NET), a leading provider of callback, auto-messaging and contact solutions, is pleased to announce that on 17 November 2008, the Company purchased in the market 2,970,206 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 12p per Ordinary Share.
These shares are in addition to the 780,000 Ordinary Shares that were held by the Company, as announced 10 November 2008. Applications are being made to have these 3,750,206 Ordinary Shares cancelled.
Following the transaction, the Company's issued share capital consists of 62,600,731 Ordinary Shares, of which the 3,750,206 Ordinary Shares to be cancelled are not included.
