Network International Holdings Plc (LSE: NETW) (the "Company"), the leading enabler of digital commerce across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), announces in accordance with LR 9.6.14(2) that Diane Radley, Independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Investec Plc and Investec Limited (collectively "Investec") and on the Board of Investec Bank Limited with effect from 6 March 2024. Investec has a dual listing on the London (FTSE 250) and the Johannesburg Stock Exchanges.
