Issued Shares and Total Voting Rights

As at end of 30 September 2022, the issued share capital of Network International Holdings Plc (LSE: NETW) (the "Company") comprised 558,218,161 ordinary shares of 10p each. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote at a General Meeting of the Company and, therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at end of 30 September 2022 is 558,218,161.

The above figure of 558,218,161 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Network International Holdings Plc. under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
