Issued Shares and Total Voting Rights

As on 28 February 2023, the issued share capital of Network International Holdings Plc (LSE: NETW) (the "Company") comprised 543,258,102 ordinary shares of 10p each. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote at a General Meeting of the Company and, therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company on 28 February 2023 is 543,258,102. The Company holds 17,843,588 shares in treasury.

The above figure of 543,258,102 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Network International Holdings Plc. under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
