Newbury Racecourse PLC announces that it has posted to shareholders copies of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022, along with notice of the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM"). The AGM to be held in the Owners Club, Newbury Racecourse, Racecourse Road, Newbury RG14 7NZ on 13 June 2023 at 12:00 noon.
