                    Additional Listing and Registered Office

Newmark has made application for the admission to trading on AIM of 352,500
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. These shares have been allotted to
Vema N.V. GDR holders in relation to the all share offer by Newmark.

The new shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares of the Company and admission to AIM is expected to take place on 3
November 2004.

The Company also notifies that its registered office is now at 57 Grosvenor
Street, London W1K 3JA.
