The Company has been informed that non-executive Chairman Maurice Dwek (through
his 51% owned company, Arbury Inc.) has today purchased 1,250,000 shares in the
Company at 0.83p each.

Arbury Inc. now holds 42,819,467 shares, which represents 9.54% of the current
issued share capital.
