                             Director Shareholdings

The Company has been informed today that non-executive Chairman Maurice Dwek
purchased on 20 July 2007 2,000,000 shares in the Company at 2.00p each.

Mr Dwek now holds interests in 47,819,467 shares (including the shares held
through his 51% interest in Arbury Inc.), which represent 10.66% of the total
voting rights attached to the current issued share capital of the Company.
