                             Director Shareholdings

The Company was informed yesterday that non-executive Chairman Maurice Dwek
(through his 51% owned company, Arbury Inc.) purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares
in the Company yesterday at 0.95p per share. Arbury Inc. now holds 39,069,467
shares, which represents 8.70% of the current issued share capital.

Following a typographical error in the announcement on 24 July 2006, the Company
confirms Alexander Reid's shareholding as 73,833,237 shares, which represents
16.45% of the issued share capital.
