The Company has been informed that non-executive Chairman Maurice Dwek (through
his 51% owned company, Arbury Inc.) has purchased 1,250,000 shares in the
Company. The shares were purchased as follows:

26/07/06     500,000 shares at 0.95p each
26/07/06     500,000 shares at 1.05p each
27/07/06     250,000 shares at 0.95p each

Arbury Inc. now holds 40,319,467 shares, which represents 8.98% of the current
issued share capital.
