Director's resignation
Newmark Security plc (AIM:NWT) announces that non-executive director, Nick Medlam, has resigned as a director of Newmark and its subsidiary companies Safetell Limited and Safetell Security Screens Limited effective 15 July 2013 to pursue other business interests.
The Board wishes to thank Nick for all his work on behalf of the Group over the years.
