Director's Dealing

The Company was notified today that Alexander Reid, a non-executive director
of the Company, acquired one million ordinary shares of 5 pence each at 3.75
pence per share on 4 May 2001. Following this acquisition Alexander Reid is
interested in 24,608,238 ordinary shares, representing 20.3 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.
