Director's Shareholding

In accordance with Section 324 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended, the
Company has been notified that on 19 November 2001 Michel Rapoport, a
Non-Executive Director, purchased 280,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
capital of the Company for 2.75p per share. Michel Rapoport is now
beneficially interested in 1,605,000 ordinary shares representing 1.3 per
cent. of the issued share capital.
