Director's Shareholding

In accordance with Section 324 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended, the
Company has been notified that on 27 February 2002 Alexander Reid, a
Non-Executive Director, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
capital of the Company for 3.0p per share. Alexander Reid is now beneficially
interested in 25,208,238 ordinary shares representing 20.8 per cent. of the
issued share capital.
