Director Share Options

The Company announces that the following options have today been granted to
three Directors:

Maurice Dwek (Chairman) :                5,000,000 1p ordinary shares under
                                         the Unapproved Scheme

Sasson Rajwan (Chief Executive) :        1,500,000 1p ordinary shares under the
                                         Unapproved Scheme

Brian Beecraft (Finance Director) :      625,000 1p ordinary shares under the
                                         Unapproved Scheme

                                         125,000 1p ordinary shares under the 
                                         Approved Scheme

The share options are exercisable at 2 pence per share from 26 September 2005.

In addition to the above, 450,000 share options were granted to key employees
under the Unapproved Scheme.  These are also exercisable at 2 pence per share
from 26 September 2005.
