                             Director Shareholdings

The Company has today been informed that non-executive Chairman Maurice Dwek
(through his 51% owned company, Arbury Inc.) and non-executive Director Alex
Reid both purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares respectively in the Company
yesterday at 1.2p per share. Arbury Inc. and Alex Reid now hold 38,069,467 and
58,833,237 shares respectively, which represent 10.2% and 15.7% respectively of
the current issued share capital.
