NEWMARK SECURITY PLC ('Newmark' or the 'Company')
Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
At the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held today, all resolutions
proposed were duly passed.
Following the passing of the resolutions at the EGM, Newmark is now able to
issue the secured loan notes to initially raise £1,000,000, as announced on 1
July 2003. The loan note holders can further subscribe in cash for up to
£500,000 of loan notes on agreement between the Company and the loan note
holders.
