                                Grant of Options


On 26 October 2007 the Company granted 1,000,000 options over its ordinary
shares to Brian Beecraft, Finance Director, under the Company's unapproved share
option scheme. The options can be exercised anytime from grant until 26 October
2017 at a price of 1.425p per share. In addition, on 26 October 2007 the Company
granted, in aggregate, 4,800,000 options over its ordinary shares to certain
employees under the approved share option scheme. The options can be exercised
anytime from grant until 26 October 2017 at a price of 1.425p per share.
