HOLDING IN THE COMPANY

The Company received notification today that in accordance with sections
198-202 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended, Manulife International
Investment Management Limited ('Manulife') has a notifiable interest in 3.1
per cent of the ordinary shares of the Company. The aggregate holding of
Manulife is 3,692,015 ordinary shares.
