notified on 13 March 2007 that as at 8 March 2007, Barclays PLC, through
Barclays Stockbrokers Limited, holds 5.36% of the total voting rights attached
to ordinary shares in the Company. Their voting rights are represented by
24,066,478 shares held in the Company, which represents 5.36% of the issued
share capital.
