Pursuant to the implementation of the Transparency Directive, the Company was
notified on 15 March 2007 that, as at that date, Mr S L Lothian & Mrs R S
Lothian are the beneficial owners of 13,500,000 shares in the Company, which
represents 3.01% of the issued share capital, but they do not hold any voting
rights in the Company as their ongoing interest in the Company's shares is now
held within the total voting interest separately disclosed by Barclays
Stockbrokers Limited.
