The Board is pleased to announce that 630,000 and 967,500 ordinary shares of 1
pence each were allotted on 23 October 2002 and 25 October 2002, respectively.

Application has been made for the admission of the 1,597,500 ordinary shares to
the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange plc.
